Personal pronouns identify the subject or object of a verb, whether they are people, animals or things. We can use them to replace a previously-mentioned noun, speak about ourselves, or address other people. The type of pronoun we use depends on the function of that noun in a sentence i.e. subject or object.
"Os" is a direct object pronoun for the plural second person, and it´s used in place of nominal direct and indirect objects. For example, "Juan os trajo la comida"=Juan brought you the food.

They use this "os" form in Spain, but what's also different from latin american spanish is that this particular verb is not reflexive in Chile, so we would say "'¿qué pensaban, que solo su chiquitín sabía hackear?" NOT "¿qué SE pensaban..."

¡Hola, Christian!
Well "os" is a personal pronoun, same as: me, te, le...And it is used in many verbs, and always for the person "vosotros". For example:
- Verbos reflexivos y recíprocos (levantarse, peinarse, despertarse, esconderse, divertirse...)
Me llamo
Te llamas
Se llama
Nos llamamos
OS LLAMÁIS
Se llaman
Verbos como "gustar":
Me gusta
Te gusta
Le gusta
Nos gusta
OS GUSTA
Les gusta
Since in many Spanish speaking countries they don't use VOSOTROS but USTEDES, they don't use this "os" form either. That's why maybe you are not familiar with it. In Spain and other countries, we use it all the time.
Hope I could help :)
