No amount of guilt can solve the past, and no amount of anxiety can change the future. (Meaning) I'm having a hard time understanding the meaning of this quote "No amount of guilt can solve the past, and no amount of anxiety can change the future." Mainly, because of the use of "no amount of". I wonder if this quote try to convey something like: - You need to be free of guilt and anxiety to be happy or achieve something. How "no amount of" is being used in that quote?

What you said is correct and there is more. Continuously worrying about something in the past or something that has already happened will not change or fix anything (will give you no peace of mind), and worrying about future events or the future will not create what you want the future to be.
