Dont understand the meaning of strive away from ,i know strive as it mean try hard to acheive somet? When the compulsive striving away from the now cease,the joy of being flow into everything u do.

What is trying to be achieved in the message is that by remaining in the present moment (the now), you will experience the joy of being in everything that you do.
