I don't understand part of this writing. Help please
Our new workplace features – from our CBRE Host app and Rise Café to our activity-based working spaces and focus on wellness and technology – are a convergence of all the new trends that will allow us to work collaboratively and efficiently while serving as a client showcase.
"focus on wellness and technology" is not a Noun, so Grammarly is not right here, right? For my understanding, From xxx to xxx should be structurally matched. as " CBRE host app" " Rise Cafe" and "out activity" are Nouns

Focus can be a noun.
https://www.lexico.com/definition/focus
1.1 our focus on the customer's requirements
I would write as follows to make the parts parallel in structure:
to our activity-based working spaces (to our) focus on wellness and technology
Also, when talking about my workplace, I feel it sounds better using the present tense as it's already a fact: are a convergence of all the new trends that allows us to work (drop will)
My two pennies. Have a good day.

"Focus" is usually a verb, but it can also be a noun.
noun, plural fo·cus·es, fo·ci [foh-sahy, -kahy] . a central point, as of attraction, attention, or activity: The need to prevent a nuclear war became the focus of all diplomatic efforts. ... the focal point of a lens, on which rays converge or from which they deviate.

Focus is both a verb and a noun. https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/focus
So, in essence, the sentence is correct. I agree, however, that it's rather hard to read because of all these nouns.
