In that below sentence, the word "apprehend" is used as a verb. How can I transform that sentence using "apprehension" as a noun?
◆The police have finally apprehended the killer.

Apprehension: the act of capturing or seizing; arrest
The apprehension of the killer only took the police four days.
Apprehension of the killer was a top priority for the police.
The killer did everything he could to avoid apprehension by the police.

We wouldn’t use apprehension this way. As a verb apprehend means to catch, but it’s meaning changes as a noun to mean fear.
For example, I have a lot of apprehension about the test.
To change your sentence to use a noun, I would recommend:
The police have finally put the killer in prison.
