If you wanted to said "I played the lottery" is "Yo jugué a la lotería"
"I won the lottery" is "Yo gané la lotería" other expression similar with the verb "tocar" is "A mi me tocó la lotería" that it`s mean that I won.
"Yo toqué la loteria" It isn't a right expression.
