"Susanne mag deinen Vornamen" is correct, because the word Vorname is masculine (der Vorname). "Dein Vorname gefällt Susanne" is also correct, but it is wrong to say "Susanne mag dein Vorname" If you want to say "Susanne likes your first names", you should say " Susanne mag Ihre Vornamen".
