I would say use "tips " if it's many small and handy tips that you plan to elaborate further. "Tips" is less formal. If you are writing formally then you can also use "suggestions ". But I like tips better :)

"Advice" is like "work" and "water" - not usually pluralized. All would work (if you changed "Advices"). Advice is usually one, long, general thought on a theme. "Suggestions" and "tips" are synonymous: usually a number of brief, individual thoughts in a list.
