Have I translated my American English to Italian correctly and does it sound natural?
Their boss buys them a cup of coffee at Starbucks every morning.
= Il loro capo compra loro una tazza di caffè nello Starbucks ogni mattina.

When referring to a place known to those we're talking to, we use a form that sounds rather familiar in that it is also used for friends:
-- I had a coffe at Starbucks = ho preso un caffé DA Starbucks
-- I've been at Jimmy's (house) = sono stato DA Jimmy (= sono stato a casa di Jimmy)

Il capo offre loro un caffè da Starbucks tutte le mattine
(if this refers to an Italian workplace, you'd probably say "Il capo offre loro un caffè al bar tutte le mattine / ogni mattina il capo offre loro il caffè al bar)
