1. Jump off is not commonly used in this instance. "Hop off/on a bus" is more common.
2. Your grammar here - "jump down FROM a table" the from* is very important:) Yes, jump down is okay, but if you are a parent you would probably simply say "come down/come down from there!" If you are a friend who is amused you would say "jump off!" Because its entertaining to see someone jump down from a table.
3. Jump on a chair is more common. Jump up is usually used for very high distances
4. Jump over a hold? Or a whole? Which do you mean? Simply jump! Can be used. "Jump over" is used in the sentence, "jump over the puddle!"
5. JUMP!!!!!
