this question occurred to me suddenly while i was visiting my friend's blog...

Hello Cher,
There is no equivalent saying to this Chinese idiom ( 好好学习，天天向上) in French.
However the nearest literal translation could be:
"études bien et chaque jour tu feras des progrès"
