"in my office" and "at my office". Which is right? Thanks a lot!

Basically both are acceptable. I will meet you at my office, or, I will meet you in my office. However, if you want to tell others whether you are at work or not then in the (my) office is more suitable. For example, I am going on vacation on Monday, I will not be in my office on that day.
