What do " through good and through trying times" and "through good and tiring times" mean? Are they make sentences ? Is " through and through" a phrase? If it is, what does it mean? Thanks for your time!

A "trying time" tests you. It's a challenge. A "tiring time" exhausts you. "Through and through" means thoroughly, all the way through: "I'm tired through and through". This has a sense of poetry about it, and I remember this used in Lewis Carroll's poem "Jabberwocky".
