Terzi kendi sokugunu dikemezmis. Frincinin cocugu ac dolasirmis. burdaki " sokugu " , " Frincin "ne demek ? And the meaning of this whole sentence is ...?Thanks for the answer,Alaca , Now I got to know that sokug should be written as Sökük , ;) , we also say Sökük actually ...I could not find Fırıncı at turkish dictionary before, thanks for it too ... I can't open that address and don't know why ... appreciated :)

Sökük is the place on the cloth that needs to be sewed. So it says the tailor cannot sew his own rip. The proverb -with a direct translation-says the child of the baker hangs/walks around hungry. So we can say that these two have similar meanings. Take care:)
