You speak the German "H" like the englisch "H" as you have it at the beginning of the word "have". Don't make a "J" out of it. ;-) "geht" is not pronounced with any kind of "i". It is simply a long "e". You can listen to this sentence here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=guNhpRz_vgw (not my video. I just found it on Youtube)
