Do you think having a qualification in social work means you can work in any country in the world?

Positively NO. if you are a social worker, you know how difficult is to work in your own society where you "understand" the backgrounds. There is something called "cultural intermediaries" in many western european countries, but specifically turkish i think only Germany and Nederlands have big communities of turkish inmigrants. In any way, most of the successful on getting such positions are second generation "inmigrants" with good understanding of both "cultures", local and newcomers.

No. Most countries require accreditation of qualifications from a foreign country. They also have quotas of what skilled migrants are needed each year. Also the social problems are different in each country.Australia has a lot of Turkish migrants.
