My Japanese keyboard is messed up. It's not working correctly. When I type it gives me the wrong characters. Help Please..

I'm not an expert of computer things at all, but by any chance, did you change it into "kana" input method instead of "romaji" input method? IME language bar>tools>properties>General tab>input settings>input method, Make sure it says "Romaji input".
