in the sentence,i don't quite understand "to be part of America's future".is" to be part of someone's future" some kind of idiom or other things?especially,"part",what does it mean?actually i know it,just i am not used to this kind of use of the word"part" here in the sentence.could you explain it better ?thank you!

It is neither an idiom or a part of speech. It is some form of deranged idea that people in various countries have. Actually it is an expression so void of content and designed to impress minds that are void of any intelligence.
