This small piece of text is understandable, but some bits of it are strange. The problem with machine translation is that it cannot recognize tone, nuance or humour. It will be many years, if ever, before computers will be able to translate as well as humans. I don't think your friend in Chile will be able to understand everything that Google Translate produces.
I also noticed straight away that you are not a native-English speaker. When the source text is imperfect, it makes it even more likely that the target text will be bad. As a translator, I normally advise people to avoid using internet translation at all costs, but then again if you have no other choice it's better than nothing.
