I keep the idea that no matter how much annoying what I was doing, it eventually will pass.

Just try to enjoy doing it if you are obliged to do it!!
People should sometimes do things they do not like. :)

ignore it and then focus on other things, then go on the thing you don't like.

Try to blend in or use your imagination to think that "sth" would be your favourite thing to do.
