Are the following sentences correct?
since I've only used もう to mean already so far, I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly to say anymore (as the dictionary tells me) in the following sentence.
I wanted to go to the park, but now I don't want to go anymore.
The dictionary also tells me 最早/もはや. Can I use it here as well?
Thanks.

Almost perfect. But I would make the sentece like :
I wanted to go to the park, but now I don't want to go anymore.
(1 sentence)
(2 sentences)
The dictionary also tells me 最早/もはや. Can I use it here as well?
(1 sentence)
(2 sentences)
When you make it into once sentence, you would need "かったが、" for expressing "but"
And you need to put "は”after "今”。
PS: ”最早” means similar to "もう”; however, it's kind of rare to use "最早" in a daily conversation. We tend to use "もう" instead of "最早".
”最早” could be more used for a kind of official speach or writting japanese(essay or sth).
