"salam" in Arabic means "peace"in Englisn.We use the word "peace" for greeting too.
"marhban"in Arabic means"Hello" in English language.

我很好 أنا بخير ana be-khair
我不好 لست بخير lasto be-khair
好久不见 لم أرك منذ زمن بعيد lam araka monzo zamanan ba-eid

hi or hello = assalam alaykome or marhaba or salam
bye = wadaane or salam
how are you = kayfa haloka (for boy) kayfa haloki (for girl)
fine = bikhayre
thanks = chokrane
Good morning= sabah al khayre
Good evening = masaa al khayre
happy = said or farhane = سعيد او فرحان
sad = hazine حزين
angry = ghadib غاضب
pessimistic = motachaime متشائم
optimistic = motafaile متفائل
poor = fakire فقير
rich = ganiye غني
idiot = ahmake احمق
Stupid = ghabiye غبي
worry = kalike قلق
hard-working = mojtahide مجتهد
lazy = kassole كسول
jealous = hasoude حسود
selfish = anani اناني
arrogant = motakabire متكبر
Single = wahide وحيد

matha fa'alt alyawmماذا فعلت اليوم ؟
hal kol shay' ala ma yoram هل كل شئ على ما يرام ؟
matha an al taqs? how's the weather ? ماذا عن الطقس؟
