What is the meaning of "spazzy" ?

It's means more than just crazy. It usually applies to someone who has strange or unpredictable behaviour. You could use it when someone has had too much caffeine. For example: "Coffee makes you spazzy" I think it comes from spastic, but is a sort of slang modification. It usually does not carry the same degree of severity as "crazy" or "mad".
