In France, some old people say "Santé", it's informal, it means they wish you a good health. :D But the formulation "à tes / vos souhaits" is better. ;) When you once sneeze, we say "à tes souhaits" When you sneeze twice, we add "à tes amours" When you sneeze three times, we add "et qu'ils durent toujours" "A tes souhaits, à tes amours et qu'ils durent toujours" It means we wish your dreams will come true, you will have a lot of love and that it will go on forever.
