Hey Mody, as a foreign speaker: saudi arabia is your country, ''Al-'Uyayna''' is a village, Hamlet is a small village (قرية).

I think county is only really used in England, though I could well be wrong on this, it is equivalent to a state in Australia and and the US, and a province in china I suppose. Usually a village will contain most of the amenities associated with a small town, and a hamlet is a small village, maybe only containing a church, pup and post office.....
