"wo hen tong xin"(我很痛心)/ "wo de xin hen tong"(我的心很痛) /"wo hen shou shang"(我很受伤) Chinese is very flexible, haha~~(but is "flexible" right?)

when you are say it to your girl/boyfriend,and if you are quarreled, you can say"wo de xin hen teng(我的心很疼)"or "wo de xin hen shou shang(我的心很受伤)".we usually use hen(很) before teng(疼). if we talk with friends, something is wrong,we could say"wo zhen de hen xin tong(我真的很心痛)" or "ni zhe me shuo rang wo zhen de hen xin han(你这么说让我真的很心寒)“.

Well in my opinion a "Wo de xin hen tong"or"Wo de xin zai teng" will do fine, zai means is doing sth. The Chinese speakers always put "hen" in front of the adjectives to complete the sentence. It does not exactly mean "very". You will say "ni hen piao liang" rather than "ni piao liang".
