What does hiragana "ゐ"　sound?
I know this hiragana several days ago but its pronounciation puzzles me.

According to its spell, it should be "wi" (うぃ), but I've seen some people read it as "i". So which is correct?

And why it's not concluded in the hiragana chart?

ゐ existed in the past, long time ago as one of Hiragana, but now it is replaced by
い. Pronunciation is the same as い( yi). You can find ゐ only in the classic book.
