“上火了”用英文怎么讲噢？~~

据我所知，英文没有这个单词。
很多人会说什么 internal heat 或 inflammation 但我们没有“上火”这个概念，这个属于中医一个专用词。
哪怕 internal heat 是对的，你跟一个（不懂中国文化或中医的）外国人讲的话，他也不会懂。

哈哈，也不是说我们不上火，是说我们没有这个上火的概念。
我们那边也知道巧克力或者糖吃的太多的话会长痘痘，或你生病的时候不应该吃海鲜等，但据我所知，我们没有一个专门的说法来表达这个意思。
我们就会直接说 “I'm getting spots because I ate too much chocolate" 囧
