alcohol also is so harm to health and mental

When I was 18 and went out with friends to a party, I got drunk on vodka and orange juice. After that, I never touched vodka again.

I seldom to drink because I know I am not good at drinking,Usually if I feel my face become hot then I will stop.another reason is I will allergy to alcohol if I drinking a lot.but sometime drink a little red wine is good for your health.
