What's the context of "don't think too much about it"? You mean, don't analyze too much but just do it? Or don't worry about it? Or don't be too obsessed.
너무 신경쓰지마(세요) don't pay too much attention to it
너무 걱정하지마(세요) don't worry
너무 집착하지마(세요) don't be too obsessed

We usually say "너무 깊이 생각하지 마((세)요) = Don't think too deeply about it."
