Let me see if I can mix English in with this to explain it better than last time on Facebook! ;) 不得了: means when something goes beyond your expectations.. so, 好的不得了 means that something has been so good that it's beyond your wildest dreams. It's a very extreme example of something- so.. it's like using the English to say "that was the best thing ever". I'd say it's also used in a GOOD context- so most people use it to say something good has happened. 超级: means super, in my opinion. I mean you have 超人 which means "superman" and 超级市場, which means "supermarket". 过分: means when someone or something has gone beyond a level which you expected, but I think it's usually used in the negative (as Mary said)-- so when someone goes beyond the pale is probably a good example- this is TOO MUCH. 了不起: means when something is amazing.. I'd say it's usually used as a postive remark- 你很了不起 means something like "you're incredible" or "you're amazing". 跨張: means when something, again, is really over the top.. this can be used as a positive or negative thing, and can also be used as a kind of joke type thing.. for example, if someone spends WAY too much money, you might say.. 哇你很誇張!!! and laugh.. but you can also say it when someone has done something bad- 你太誇張啦..
