how do u say i give up in japanese? is it just あきらめる?
i've been through so much, and it's stressful, that i'm tired, and wanted to give up.

hi, you can also say "やめる"
ex) I gave up smoking. タバコはやまめした。
As a child, I learned to play the piano, but I gave up. こどものころ、ピアノを習いましたが、やめました。

Putting your phrases above into Japanese as
たくさん苦労(くろう)してきて、ストレスも多(おお)いし 疲(つか)れている。だからもうやめたかった。
