I don't think you can find any specific words in English that is totally equivalent to it. You should express the same thing more with tone than words. In my opinion, you can say "Rrrrr, it's torturing me."(with a complaining tone) to express that you're "纠结ing".lol p.s.:Different opinions are always welcome. =)
