behappy,
It's a play on words.
Her mind is definitely twisted.
Tiffany rhymes with 'definitely'.
Tiffany is the world famous jewelry company based in New York.
Her mind is Tiffany twisted.
Her mind is twisted by the love of expensive jewelry.
also....
She got the bends.
The 'bends' is decompression sickness ( deep sea divers suffer from this).
"bends" rhymes with Benz.
She got the Mercedez Benz.......(She has the Mercedes sickness.) :)
She suffers from the love of expensive cars.

I understand that the expression "Tiffany-twisted" indicates a reference to being enchanted by jewelry. It could be a reference to the company Tiffany & Co., famous in the jewelry business and founded in 1837 in the USA. Another possibility (more interesting if we consider all the lyrics of the song), is that it is a reference to the film Breakfast at Tiffany's (I understand that the expression "Tiffany-twisted" indicates a reference to being enchanted by jewelry.
