I can say this way that host works with a group of observers plus his duty of presenting but presenter works in a special room. like translator and interpreter. translator works alone by dic. but interpreter works with persons this is all things I know. hope to be useful. your little friend

The are basically the same. In the field that I work, the presenter is someone who is giving a speech and the host is someone who is in charge of the conference, but in tv land they are basically the same.

The difference to me is that I don't know what a TV presenter is though I can have a guess. :p
