There is no word for the monotheistic God in Chinese (or Japanese for that matter). They had to make one up in order to understand what the religious nutjobs from Europe and North Africa were talking about.
Most dictionaries, however, will give you translations of these. Ex:
Allah = 真主;安拉
Abraham = 亚伯拉罕 (phonetic rendition)
Most translations are phonetic.
I don't know if there was ever a Muslim group in China (Turkmenistan and Tibet are not China). I know there was once a Jewish tradition in Shanghai, so they might have some useful translations.

Salam. As far as I know there is no Arbic-Chinese Islamic dictionary. We have Arabic-Chinese dictionary, and I don't think there is enough islamic information in it. To answer Eliot, there are ten minority muslim groups in China, including Hui, Uygur, Kazak, Kirgiz, Tatar, Uzbek, Tajik, Salar, Bonan, Dongxiang. Among these ethnics, Hui is using the most systemtic Islamic Chinese, you may get more from Encyclopedia of Islam, (Chinese vision). Islamic Chinese is not all phonetically translated. For example, Allah 真主(zhen zhu)means the "real one", Zakat 天课(tian ke). You can type the words you want to translate here, like Zakat, Allah, Juma, and you can get the correct Chinese answers. http://baike.baidu.com/view/136000.htm Hope it's helpful.
