if you mean our language(Chinese),you should say:你喜欢中文吗?或,你喜欢汉语吗?
if you mean our people(Chinese),you should say:你喜欢中国人吗?
in addition,你喜欢中国吗?means do you like China?

If you mean to say " Do you like Chinese(People)", then you can write it as "你喜欢中国人吗?".
