what is the best way for language exchange here? Many people register here and post your request. But almost people just can wait for other people find you. Even some people be friend here, they still not offen chat or study each other. What is the best way for language exchange here?

I have found many people who 'friend' me aren't online at the same time, or perhaps we don't have anything in common. Just keep talking to different people and you will eventually find some good friends as I have.
