私はネイティブじゃないけど、こういう言い方は見た事あります：
I am learning 「English」 on my own.
I am teaching myself 「English」.
 on myself ? 使うかどうか分かりません。

on myself たぶん違います。
でも、by myself はいいです
例えば、I am doing this by myself
