Hi these are the lyrics from Never Say Never which is a song co-written and performed by Justin Bieber and Jaden Smith. The single was selected as the soundtrack of the remake movie, The Karate Kid. The lyrics mean basically never give up. In the Bible, David was a boy who conquered Goliath the giant with his sling shot. Luke is Luke Skywalker is a character in the Star Wars movie where he was apprenticed to the Jedi master Obi-Wan Kenobi.

The first section seems to be referring to the will power to be above the others and succeed against odds by being like Luke Skywalker. The second portion is also about the same idea but suggests he is as great as mythical tales and cosmos.
