在中文怎么说"I didn't know"？
“原来我不知道了” 对吗？
也可以说“我没知道”？我没听过。。。但是对不对？

中文 不能直接说一句像i didnt know的话，这个要加一个时间来表示past tense
比如：我刚才/刚刚/刚不知道。我原来不知道。james xiong说的"我没听说/听过"也是一种表达方式，表示i never heard of it。

you can say 我不知道 directly, if you want to show you didn't know before, you can say 我之前/原来/以前不知道

我觉得“我没听过.....”比较合适。

I didn't know = 我不知道的 (past tense is taken from context)
I didn't know before. = 以前我不知道的
I know now. = 现在我知道了
