How do I say "I am used to ../ I am not used to it"
e.g.
I am used to using the polite '요' form.
I am not used to introduce myself as...
I am used to it

And with more English ... I added for clarity.
used to = 익숙하다 not used to 익숙하지 않다
(익숙합니다 to be accustomed to)
I'm accustomed to it. / I'm used to it.
(익숙하지 않다) not accustomed to
I'm not accustomed to begin introduced.
To be clumsy / awkward at it)
I'm awkward at this. (not used to)

used to = 익숙하다 not used to 익숙하지 않다
난 이것이 익숙해.(익숙합니다 if you need polite form use it)
난 이것이 서툴러.(서투릅니다 if you need polite form use it)
