If you have Japanese input, it happens automatically. If you only want the 々, you can type 月々, then delete the 月.

倉頡是打不出來的,你可以用輸入法自帶的畫筆把々寫出來,會發現沒有候選字
日文要打這個,可以輸 繰り返し「くりかえし」,候選里就有々
