I'm turning 60 next year and completely getting old. So, I think it's time to watch my own health for my family, not to mention for myself as I don't want them to worry about me in the future. I came across an article "Just Walking Keeps Us healthier". I would like to summarize and share some of the interesting points here.
As a convenient life such as working from home and the spreading of subscription type of entertainment is getting popular, many people might feel that they are out of shape. Under the circumstances, walking is making a comeback lately because anybody can start it easily. "British Journal of Sports Medicine" said that 160-minute-a-day walking at the pace of 4.8km per hours can cause a increased lifespan of more than 5 years on average. Many people find it hard to walk for 160 minutes every day, that's why a heart specialist suggests "What do you say to starting a habit of walking for an hour a day"? According to his comment, walking not only can improve health, lower blood pressure and maintain a healthy weight but have a good effect on mental health. Walking has benefits for everybody since it doesn't spend a lot of money and it is easy for everybody to do
I believe the effect of a habit of walking is beyond measure and I also figure out that it has been attracting a lot of attention. So, I, too, would love to try it tomorrow.

160 mins every day is really tough. I don't think I can maintain it for the long term. :)
