Do you like mint? Do you feel well? Do you feel happy? Do you eat lunch at 12:00?

The first sentence uses the verb "be" and the second uses the verb "do." Both are correct depending on the context. "Be" is used as a helping verb with some tenses, "do" with others. Both can also be the main verb in the sentence.
