I recently made and ate “torrijas” . A very common Spanish sweet for the Easter weekend . I know it’s soon but I had some hard / stale bread . It is easy to make them / they are easy to make/and delicious! 🤤👌🏼

That looks delicious. Are they with cinnamon?
