Usually during the week I go to bed nearly at 11, 11.30 p.m; I kind of want to go earlier, but that’s impossible for me, as I finish working at 8.30 p.m. Generally after dinner I remove my makeup, I put on my pyjama and i prepare my fennel drink to drink it sitting comfortable On my sofa, with my dog beside me. When I have enough time, I fancy doing some yoga exercises to relax my back and muscles, helping myself to sleep better.

Usually during the week, I go to bed around 11:00 or 11.30 pm. I would prefer to go earlier, but that’s impossible for me, as I finish working at 8.30 pm. Generally after dinner I remove my makeup, I put on my pyjama, I prepare my fennel tea and get ready to drink it by sitting comfortably on my sofa with my dog beside me. When I have enough time, I fancy doing some yoga exercises to relax my back and muscles, which helps me sleep better.

The second sentence is too long. Kept it as is but it is better to do shorter phrases.
