Is the accent of Belfast Irish or British? Are professors usually talk formal or informal in Universities?

It's a Northern Irish accent.

Hi Sara, I'm not from there, but it seems they have more of an Irish accent. I also don't know if they speak more formally or informally, but I'm guessing more informally. Good luck. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lADqkW8kI-c

It's not close to anything really, it's unique to Northern Ireland. Definitely not British as this is the landmass that consists of England, Scotland, and Wales.
