Deers’ fasting
Children get so excited when Ramadan comes. They find it a joyful period when family meals’ time changes. They would like to share adults that experience but the parents worry that might affect their children’s growing. Yet, they encourage them to experience something special that fits their abilities and it is called colloquially as”Dears fasting or Sparrows fasting “. It is a partial fasting where children fast for few hours. Children share adults the pre-dawn meal, a meal an hour before dawn, and sleep. When they wake up they don’t have breakfast and wait until lunch time where they have their first day meal. When sun sets they share adults their iftar, the main meal after hours of fasting, as if they fasted the whole day. The main idea of this kind of partial fasting is to train children on fasting and grow the seed of loving Ramadan. I haven’t experienced that kind of fasting and I started fasting when I was 14 before that I only fasted few days not a whole month.
