After studying English for 74 hours during the last 3 months I wanna make some conclusions :
* English is not as difficult as I used to think
* I can learn languages through listening and reading
* The more time I dedicate to learning the better I become , even if I don’t see any progress

After studying English for 74 hours during the last 3 months, I have arrived at some conclusions :
* English is not as difficult as I used to think (or "as I once thought")
* I can learn languages through listening and reading
* The more time I dedicate to learning, the better I become , even if I don’t see any progress (or "even if I see no progress").
"Wanna", like "ain't", makes an instant bad impression.

After studying English for 74 hours during the last 3 months I want to share some observatiions (or, "I have reached some conclusions"):
* English is not as difficult as I used to think.
* I can learn languages through listening and reading.
* The more time I dedicate to learning, the better I become , even if I don’t see any progress.
Good job. "WANNA" is not really a word/very informal - - I suggest only using it for texting, etc.
